What we collect
AutoCare Pro is built around the vehicle records you choose to keep. Here's everything that touches the app, and why.
Email address and a unique account ID, via Firebase Authentication — used to identify your account and sync your data across devices.
Vehicles, service history, fuel logs, expenses, reminders, and any photos or receipts you attach. Stored on your device, and synced to your private account storage when signed in.
Requested only inside "Nearby Workshops," to find and sort real workshops by distance from you. Used live on your device — never stored or sent anywhere. Without this permission, that one feature can't work (there's no accurate substitute for real location in a roadside-assistance lookup), but every other part of the app works fully without it.
Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics collect anonymized, aggregated usage patterns and crash reports to help us fix bugs — not to identify you.
Ads are served through Google AdMob, which may use device/advertising identifiers per Google's privacy policy.
How it's used
- Running the core app: tracking vehicles, services, fuel, expenses, and reminders.
- Syncing your data securely across your own signed-in devices.
- Finding and sorting nearby workshops by real distance, only when you grant location access for that screen.
- Sending local notifications for maintenance you've scheduled.
- Catching crashes and bugs to keep the app stable.
- Showing ads that keep AutoCare Pro free to use.
Sharing
We don't sell your personal data. It passes through two infrastructure providers, both Google services:

Permissions

Retention & deletion
Your data stays as long as your account is active. Delete individual records anytime in the app. For full account deletion, email us below — we'll remove your data from our systems within a reasonable timeframe.
Children
AutoCare Pro isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your country).
Changes
We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes. Using the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
